ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
The University of Adelaide was established in 1874, but it wasn’t until 1876 that the first official lecture was presented. The University was founded with the goal of shaping the young leaders and future leaders of South Australia.
ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP
The Adelaide International Undergraduate Scholarships (AIUS) is offered by the University of Adelaide to international students starting their undergraduate studies at the University.
There are up to 40 scholarship positions to award, each students will receive a waiver of 25% towards their annual tuition fee. The award will cover the full duration of the program (to a maximum of 4 years).
FIELDS OF STUDY COVERED
Any field of study EXCEPT: Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience), Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Oral Health, Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
Please ensure that you meet these minimum entry criteria before applying:
International undergraduate students
From any country EXCEPT New Zealand or Australia
Achieved an academic level equal to a GPA of 6/7 (85%)
Have NOT yet started your studies at the University of Adelaide
Received an offer/ conditional offer of admission from the University of Adelaide
The main criteria for the AIUS scholarship is academic achievement
HOW TO APPLY
Before you can submit your scholarship application, you must have received an offer of admission from the University of Adelaide.
If you have received a conditional offer, you may apply once you have accepted and met the conditions of the offer.
